If you are a player in Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau:
Due to changes in how we distribute our games, we will be making changes to the Activision Blizzard entities that you will be contracting with as follows:
-
For games played on on computer (via the Battle.net gaming service), the Blizzard End User License Agreement (EULA) and Terms of Sale will remain unchanged and you will continue to contract with Blizzard Entertainment (Hong Kong) Limited, Taiwan Branch.
-
For games played on Sony PlayStation and Nintendo Switch, the Blizzard End User License Agreement (EULA) and Terms of Sale will be transferred to Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. Therefore, the Blizzard games you play and services you use, including Platform, digital content and services will no longer be provided by Activision Blizzard International B.V. after 31 December 2021. The change will take place on and from 1 January 2022, your relationship will be with Blizzard Entertainment, Inc., and the transferred EULA and Terms of Sale will apply from that date.
