Call Center Representative (Austin, Texas)
Blizzard Entertainment is looking for experienced call center representatives with strong customer service skills. Our billing and account services department assists customers with account-related issues via phone and email, and answers questions about Blizzard Entertainment products.
Applicants must be able to work full-time at our customer service center in Austin, Texas. Hours for this position may vary, and applicants may be required to work weekends - evening shifts are available. This is a temporary position (40 hours per week) with the possibility of becoming a regular-status employee. There are no internship-level positions open at this time.

Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries and issues relating to Blizzard Entertainment products and customer accounts via phone and email.
- Investigate written inquiries/issues and respond/resolve accordingly.
- Perform data entry and order processing functions.
- Provide information to customers on account status, transactions, and billing issues.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong computer and Internet experience
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong multi-tasking ability
- Detail-oriented work ethic
- Experience working with confidential customer account information
Pluses
- 1+ years of call center experience
- Knowledge of Blizzard Entertainment games and MMORPGs
- Ability to speak Spanish
