Database Programmer - Next-Gen MMO

Blizzard Entertainment is seeking an experienced programmer to develop and maintain customer-facing database projects for a next-generation MMO. Responsibilities include coordinating with other departments (web, network operations, etc.) during the development and deployment of future database-related projects and developing internal tools for server/data administration and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Experience with a procedural SQL language (PL/SQL, Transact-SQL, PL/pgSQL, SQL PL)
  • Database design experience
  • Strong web-based report/presentation building skills using Excel, Perl, SVG, XML, XHTML, XSLT, or other comparable languages and reporting packages
  • Skill in data analysis and statistics
  • Experience building user interfaces

Plusses:
