Customer Support Director - Blizzard EU
Blizzard Entertainment Europe is looking for an experienced, motivated, and highly organized professional to function as customer support director. This
position will be located in Blizzard's office in Velizy, France (southwest of Paris).
Responsibilities
- Manage multilingual customer support teams in Europe.
- Ensure that the European customer support team meets Blizzard's standard objectives.
- Meet with the European support services managers weekly.
- Develop and direct both short- and long-term regional objectives consistent with global strategy.
- Coordinate divisional operations and ensure synchronization of activities with global management.
Requirements
- 4+ years experience in a senior leadership position
- Previous call center management experience
- Experience managing large teams
- Excellent communicational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Impeccable organizational and time-management abilities
- Attention to detail
- Self-motivation
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Willingness to travel
- Experience in a multicultural environment
