Producer - Licensed Product Development

Blizzard Entertainment is looking for a producer to join the creative development team. Duties will include creative coordination and maintenance of Blizzard Entertainment's licensed products, as well as assistance in licensed product development. This person will also assist with other team tasks as needed by the creative development department. An ideal candidate is a highly organized individual with knowledge of our current licensed products as well as knowledge of Blizzard Entertainment's intellectual properties.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the creative development team on email requests and licensee research.
  • Act as an interface between Blizzard Entertainment and our licensed product partners by routing approvals and offering creative input.
  • Lead and organize creative development's testing of licensed product development, as well as leading internal licensed product events.
  • Gather and provide source materials from Blizzard Entertainment intellectual properties for use with our licensed product partners.
  • Represent Blizzard Entertainment's interests at off-site production meetings involving our licensed product partners.
  • Perform other tasks as needed by the creative development department.

Requirements:

  • Expert usage in standard office tool software (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Working knowledge of Blizzard Entertainment's intellectual properties.

Pluses:

  • A passion for Blizzard Entertainment's licensed products, like the World of Warcraft trading card game and our various board games
  • Familiarity with the adventure game industry
  • Familiarity with print processes and the technology associated with them
  • Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop
