Online Media Coordinator

Blizzard Entertainment is searching for an online media coordinator to focus on the operations and technical aspects of actual media campaigns while assisting with the team's day-to-day administrative needs. This includes providing quality assurance, logging traffic, pulling campaign placement reports, and reviewing the status of campaigns in order to optimize their performance. Additionally, this person will troubleshoot and resolve site and advertiser issues while working closely with the online technologies and engineering teams. The ideal candidate is patient and adaptable, and possesses great time-management skills and the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to book, track, optimize, and report on all media campaigns.
• Traffic and schedule creative meetings with interactive agencies.
• Work with finance on client billing and collection activities.
• Serve as the central resource for Blizzard Entertainment's ad policies and compliance.
• Prepare and edit the HTML code for advertisements and produce weekly reports outlining campaign performance.

• BA/BS degree in a related field
• At least one year of experience, preferably in the advertising industry focusing on sales and/or client services
• Basic understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and rich media/Flash banner functionalities
• Experience using an ad server and working with third-party creative tags such as DoubleClick, Atlas, and Mediaplex
• Strong communication and client-servicing skills

• Proficient knowledge in all of Blizzard Entertainment's intellectual properties
• Passion for games
