Bilingual Technical Support Representative - Spanish Language
Blizzard Entertainment is seeking customer-focused individuals to provide technical assistance to our Spanish-speaking players via telephone support. This position is for an experienced computer user with a strong background in customer service. The ideal candidate has excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish, and is familiar with Windows-based operating systems, computer hardware, and networking. World of Warcraft experience is a plus, as is familiarity with our Diablo, StarCraft, and other Warcraft games.
This is a temporary position (40 hours per week) with the possibility of becoming a regular status employee. The position is located at our customer service center in Irvine, California. There are no internship-level positions open at this time.

Requirements
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in English and Spanish
- Passion for games
- Customer service experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows-based operating systems
- Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with sound cards, video cards, and networking
- Positive work ethic
- Good typing skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team
Plusses
- Call-center experience
- Knowledge of the Macintosh-based operating systems
- Familiarity with Blizzard games
