Associate Producer, Battle.net

Blizzard Entertainment is looking for a talented and enthusiastic associate producer to join our Battle.net team in Irvine, California. Battle.net is an online gaming service enjoyed by millions of Blizzard Entertainment gamers around the globe. The associate producer will be responsible for coordinating, tracking, and managing activities of software developers to ensure that projects are completed on time. Enthusiasm and flexibility in working on a variety of projects are necessary.

Job Duties:

• Coordinate, track, and manage the activities of task-able personnel to ensure that project tasks are completed on time.
• Work with department leads and production to determine resources necessary to see projects through to completion.
• Provide motivation and direction to ensure that project goals, objectives, milestones, and deliverables are achieved.
• Liaise between the game development teams and Battle.net engineers.
• Document design requirements, features, and status updates.
• Provide an information conduit to improve communication, organization, and accountability across the game development departments.
• Contribute to a positive work environment.
• Assist the producer with organizational tasks as necessary.
• Handle other duties as assigned.

• Experience managing teams and delivering products on time
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Knowledge of various project management methodologies and practices
• Passion for gaming

• 1+ years experience managing resources/schedules
• Degree in management, engineering, or communications or equivalent professional training
• Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical personnel
• Unrelenting self-motivation and initiative
