BlizzCon Movie Contest

This year's BlizzCon movie contest is more exciting than ever. Contestants are challenged with creating an original and compelling story told within the daily lives of the denizens of the world of Warcraft using footage from World of Warcraft. Each submission must be in .wmv, .avi, .mpeg, .qt, .mpg, or .mov format, and be no larger than 100 megabytes. All music featured in the movie must either be the entrant's original composition and performance, or come from one of Blizzard's games. The full list of available prizes will be announced as BlizzCon approaches.

Award Categories

- Grand Prize (chosen from among the first-place winners from each of the following categories)
- Action-Adventure (first, second, and third place)
- Drama (first, second, and third place)
- Comedy (first, second, and third place)

Movie Length

1:00 - 10:00 minutes

Restrictions

One entry will be permitted per person or team. Each entry can only be considered for one category. We will be releasing more details, including the complete list of rules and restrictions and the submission method, soon.
