Customer Service Representatives
Customer service representatives serve as in-game support representatives for our massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG), World of Warcraft. In-game support reps offer support to our customers within the game world. Their main role is to provide assistance and guidance to players through a type-chat client. Customer service representatives serve as the direct link between Blizzard and its customers. Additionally, they are responsible for in-game customer support as well as email-based customer support.
Account Services Representative
Account services representatives assist customers with account-related issues via phone and email, and answer questions about Blizzard products. Responsibilities also include investigating written inquiries/issues and responding or resolving them, performing data entry and order processing functions, and providing information to customers on their account status and transaction and billing issues.
Technical Support Representatives
Technical support representatives are responsible for providing technical assistance to Blizzard gamers via telephone support and email. Technical support reps must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and must be familiar with Windows-based operating systems, computer hardware, and networking.
Qualities we look for: We are seeking candidates who are very organized and have excellent customer service, typing, spelling, and communication skills. Candidates must have the ability to work well under pressure, be detail oriented, have strong multi-task abilities, and be team-players.
