Bilingual Call Center Representative - Spanish Language (Austin, Texas)
Blizzard Entertainment is looking for experienced bilingual call center representatives with strong customer service skills. Our billing and account services department assists players with account-related issues via phone and email, and answers questions about Blizzard Entertainment products. Ideal candidates will possess excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
Applicants must be able to work full-time at our customer service center in Austin, Texas. Hours for this position may vary, and applicants may be required to work weekends - evening shifts are available. This is a temporary position (40 hours per week) with the possibility of becoming a regular-status employee. There are no internship-level positions open at this time.

Responsibilities
- Assist customers via phone and email with inquiries and issues relating to Blizzard Entertainment products and customer accounts.
- Investigate written inquiries/issues and respond/resolve accordingly.
- Perform data entry and order processing functions.
- Provide information to customers on account status, transactions, sales, and billing issues.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish - both written and spoken
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong computer and Internet experience
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong multi-tasking ability
- Detail-oriented work ethic
- Experience working with confidential customer account information
Pluses
- 1+ years of call center experience
- Knowledge of Blizzard Entertainment games and MMORPGs
