Lead Producer, Web/Mobile

Blizzard Entertainment is looking for a highly organized individual with outstanding communication skills and experience in project management to lead production on the web and mobile team. The web and mobile team handles all aspects of Blizzard Entertainment's presence on the Web - from cutting-edge product marketing websites to critical account-related applications and everything in between. We're looking for individuals who have a proven track record in a senior or lead producer role, ideally with experience in the web development field.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with different departments to facilitate communication.
• Work with department leads to determine resources necessary to see projects through to completion.
• Help define and enact production processes across the group to increase team efficiency, structure, and organization.
• Coordinate, track, and manage the activities of taskable personnel to ensure that project tasks are completed on time.
• Provide motivation and direction to ensure that project goals, objectives, milestones, and deliverables are achieved.
• Lead a team of producers in managing the development process.
• Supply updates to executive team on progress.
• Contribute to a positive work environment.
• Handle other duties as assigned.

• Very strong understanding of software development processes, project management, and performance management
• 3+ years experience as a senior/lead producer
• Ability to communicate effectively with programming, art, design, and business personnel
• Experience managing teams and delivering products on time
• Proven experience managing schedules and employees to achieve desired results
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Ability to facilitate and mediate between multiple teams
• Unrelenting self-motivation and initiative
