Senior Recruiter
Blizzard Entertainment is looking for a passionate and experienced senior recruiter with strong sourcing and account management skills.
The ideal candidate will have extensive professional experience recruiting across a variety of disciplines and industries. As a senior recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates for and managing job openings across multiple disciplines, including information systems, web/online technologies, software engineering, art, design, and more. This candidate will need to be able to proactively source passive candidates, facilitate the interview and candidate selection process, and ensure an excellent candidate experience. He or she must be extremely detail-oriented, be a skilled conversationalist, and posess superb organizational and analytical skills. This candidate will be required to work closely with hiring managers to define and qualify postion requirements, generate and post job descriptions, and implement proactive recruitment strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in applicable field of study
- 3-5 years of hands-on recruiting experience, preferably in-house
- Ability to maintain extreme confidentiality
- Effective multi-tasking and time management skills
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion
- Highly polished professional demeanor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with particularly strong Excel skills
Pluses:
- Passion for gaming
- In-depth knowledge of major players in videogame, film, web, mobile, and related industries
- Experience using Taleo
