Executive Assistant
Blizzard Entertainment is looking for an experienced, motivated, and highly organized professional to function as an executive assistant to our senior vice
president of game design.
The executive assistant is expected to represent Blizzard's office in a professional, courteous manner while staying calm under the pressures of tight deadlines.
Job responsibilities will primarily consist of providing administrative support to the senior vice president of game design.
Responsibilities:
- Make travel arrangements.
- Plan meetings and conference calls.
- Prepare agendas.
- Prepare summaries of information for distribution.
- Assist in the development of presentational materials using PowerPoint and other tools.
- Act as a liaison between product development and administrative groups.
- Prepare written communications to internal and external contacts.
- Assist with organizing lunches.
- Answer and screen calls.
- Handle receipts for expense reports and credit card reconciliation.
- File documents and correspondence.
- Organize various appointments.
- Maintain calendars and contact lists in Outlook.
- Handle other duties as needed.
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in an administrative role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Impeccable organizational and time-management abilities
- Self-starting personality with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Exceptional attention to detail as well as ability to see the big picture
- Ability to act with discretion when handling confidential matters
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- A passion for video games
