Associate Producer - Creative Development Publishing Division

Blizzard Entertainment is looking for a highly organized individual with outstanding communication skills to work with our publishing team in Irvine, California. Duties will include assisting the publishing lead on publication schedules, trafficking work for approvals, meetings, and in-game art research. This position will also assist with other team tasks as needed by the creative development department producer team. An ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Blizzard Entertainment's intellectual properties, novels, mangas, and comic books.

Job Duties

  • Assist the creative development publishing team on publication schedules, project coordination and tracking, and intellectual property research.
  • Act as an interface between creative development and other Blizzard Entertainment teams by routing approvals and requests in the use of creative assets.
  • Monitor and organize publication comments provided by the publishing team.
  • Gather and provide source materials from Blizzard Entertainment intellectual properties for author and artist research.
  • Assist with note taking in meetings and transcription.
  • Perform other tasks as needed by the creative development department producer team.
Requirements
  • Expert usage in standard office tool software (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge of Blizzard Entertainment's intellectual properties, novels, mangas, and comic books
Plusses
  • Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop
  • Familiarity with HTML
